About Our Creative Director: Francis Sephir
Francis Sephir, Creative Director of Unity Graphic and Marketing, is a visionary designer whose journey began long before his professional career officially launched in 2005. From a young age, he demonstrated a natural gift for creativity, often drawn to colors, layouts, and visual storytelling. What started as childhood curiosity quickly evolved into a lifelong passion for design, communication, and the power of visuals to move people and shape perception.
Determined to refine his talent with structure and discipline, Francis pursued formal studies at Miami Dade College before continuing his education at Florida Atlantic University. There, he deepened his understanding of multimedia design, branding, and visual communication systems. This academic foundation, combined with relentless self-teaching and real-world experimentation, helped shape his distinctive approach to design, one that blends creativity, strategy, and purpose into every project he touches.
Over the years, Francis has built an impressive and diverse portfolio, working with both emerging brands and established organizations. Among his notable collaborations is the Anika Jasmine Clothing Line, where his creative direction helped elevate the brand’s visual identity and market presence. His work consistently reflects a strong ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals that not only attract attention but also communicate meaning and emotion.
His expertise has also made a significant impact in the faith-based community. Francis has led and contributed to media and branding initiatives for churches such as Bethesda Tabernacle, Salem Church of God, Reskape Church and Compassion Church Ministries. Through these partnerships, he has helped transform church communications, enhance event experiences, and strengthen community engagement through cohesive and professional visual branding.
One of the defining milestones in his career was his role as a Design Manager for the acclaimed television series Entrepreneur Elevator Pitch, created by Netflix co-founder Marc Randolph. In this high-pressure environment, Francis was responsible for delivering precise, high-quality creative assets under tight deadlines. This experience not only showcased his artistic excellence but also highlighted his leadership, adaptability, and ability to perform at a professional level on a global stage.
